200g (7oz.) of diced high quality cuts of the finest Tasmanian salmon (Atlantic Salmon). Each dice cut varies slightly in thickness and size. This salmon is sashimi grade, meaning after you defrost it in the fridge it is safe to eat raw. This dice cut is best recommended for Japanese dishes like sashimi, rice bowl, and hand-rolled sushi, or Western dishes.
Huon Salmon is raised in large, oxygen-rich offshore sea pens, with absolutely no use of growth hormones and minimal antibiotic use, administered only when medically necessary. Even in those rare cases, strict government monitoring ensures that no antibiotic residues remain at the time of harvest—so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.
