Introducing 200g (7.05oz) of high-quality "jo rosu" barbecue slices from superbly marbled barley-fed free-range Black Angus beef from Australia. "Jo rosu" (上ロース) is the Japanese naming convention for these luxurious slices in high-end yakiniku (BBQ) restaurants. They are sourced from various parts of the beef loin, which all hold a marbling score of 5+ and are on par with gourmet five-star restaurant BBQ slices. Not overly tender but very flavorful. Quick-frozen while vacuum packed, meaning they are super convenient to defrost whenever you need them, but vacuum packed so the retain their original freshness. We recommend using only high-quality salt and freshly ground pepper as seasoning for a luxurious and beefy experience.
