Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

One 1kg (2.2lbs) bag of real Italian, top-quality mozzarella cheese pearls (also referred to as balls or cherry balls) made from 100% milk. The milk used for this cheese comes from Italian dairy cows that, according to European regulations, are not treated with growth-promoting hormones or antibiotics except for therapeutic purposes, and is made with only pasteurized cow' milk and salt, without any additives. The cheese is cellulose-free, preservative-free, sweetener-free, colorant-free, flavoring-free, and free of any food additives.

One pearl weighs about 5g, so each bag contains roughly 200 pearls. These come individually quick frozen (IQF) for convenience so you never have to worry about the expiration date again. Simply use the portion you need - whenever you want. A handful portion takes about 15 minutes to defrost on the countertop.

Do not thaw under running water, but thaw slowly in the refrigerator until soft before use. This cheese is made using a special process to maintain its safety and high quality. The cheese is quick-frozen with moisture in it, so all nutrients and its original texture are preserved, and after thawing, the mozzarella pearls remain beautifully white, and soft, making them flavorful and more deliciously creamy compared to other frozen cheeses.
