This garlic is organically cultivated with fertilization methods that maintain a natural balance between the farmers and the environment. No chemical pesticides are used, rather the soil and crops are protected from disease by natural probiotics including lactic acid bacteria and Bacillus bacteria. Absolutely no preservatives or any other additives. These cloves come skin-on to keep all the flavor and aroma inside. This all-natural garlic, grown with nutrient-rich organic fertilizer, has a full-bodied aroma and flavor. Garlic is a must-have ingredient in most kitchens around the world. This product is certified Japan Agricultural Standard Organic (JAS). Japan has one of the world's strictest organic certification standards. But what does certified organic mean when it comes to fruits and vegetables?

This garlic is produced by Share Garden, organic farmers in Chiba, Japan whose goal is to "cultivate safe and worry-free vegetables for our loved ones."
