This product is produced by a Sri Lanka-born chef who is certified in Ayurvedic therapy. Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word that means "the science of life" and refers to an ancient school of traditional medicine practiced in India and Sri Lanka since ancient times. It is an alternative medicine that is officially recommended by the WHO (World Health Organization) and is known for looking at the individual themself rather than just their ailments. Ayurveda emphasizes preventative medicine and is closely connected to daily lifestyle practices including diet and sleep. Drawing on Ayurvedic knowledge of healthy diets, and paired with the experience and skills of being a former Italian chef, this medicinal curry is carefully crafted with the health of the consumer in mind.
