Certified organic jalapeño hot sauce is here in a 148ml (5oz) bottle. With super simple organic ingredients, the natural flavor of the chilis shines in a tangy and spicy mouthful of flavor in every drop. While most jalapeños found in Japan are of the green variety, this sauce is made from red jalapeños which tend to have a slightly sweeter and more complex flavor due to a longer ripening process. The only ingredients included are organic jalapeños, two kinds of organic vinegar, and salt. Absolutely no pesticides, artificial flavors, preservatives, or any other additives, so you can enjoy spicy goodness with total peace of mind.
Many kinds of hot sauce use vinegar as the main ingredient with chilis only making up 1-2% of the sauce. This sauce on the other hand uses over 20%, allowing you to more fully enjoy the strong flavor and spiciness of the jalapeños. We recommend trying just a few droplets to get accustomed to the spice before using it in larger amounts. This spice goes superbly with Mexican food like tacos and burritos, as well as on sandwiches, pizza, eggs, risotto, chicken, and all kinds of other dishes.
Try pairing with some delicious quesadillas made from tortillas, organic cheese, and organic chicken breast.
