| Preparation | 1. If mix is compacted, lightly tap the bottom of the jug, shake, and then remove the lid. 2. Pour 400ml of milk into the bottle, or fill to the "Milk Level" line. You can also use your preferred milk alternative such as soy milk or almond milk. ※If using Horizon Farms milk powder (whole milk type), add 40g of milk powder and 400ml of water. 3. Close the lid of the bottle and shake well for 1 minute. 4. Heat a frying pan and lightly grease with oil. 5. Pour the pancake mix into the frying pan to your desired size. 6. Cook on medium heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. ※Refrigerate leftovers and consume as soon as possible. |
