Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

This product is being offered at a special price because it has been unexpectedly changed to a square dinner-roll like shape. In addition, the best by date is October 5th, 2024. The diameter is 10cm and each bun weighs around 90g. They come frozen and for convenience. Fully baked to perfection and all you need is to defrost, slice and lightly toast them in the toaster or oven. Use together with our high-quality burgers for a real 5-star gourmet experience right at home. You will certainly love these.

Love these - I dislike dry and overly breast heavy buns. Although frozen the consistency when thaw and heated -you would never know
