All of this bacon is made with either free-range pork or grass-fed free-range beef from farms that never use growth-promoting hormones or subtherapeutic antibiotics. This is additive-free, uncured bacon made through an all-natural ten-day process. No nitrates, sodium nitrite, or curing salts are used, and it also contains no celery, sugar, preservatives, coloring agents, artificial ingredients, or other nasties. Gluten-free, lactose-free, and carefully crafted at every step, this is delicious bacon that the whole family can enjoy with peace of mind.
Although this is a B-grade product, there is no difference in taste or quality. Simply cook it as is and enjoy. If the irregular shapes are a concern, we recommend cutting the bacon into smaller pieces and using it as an ingredient in your favorite dishes. It works well in soups, salads, fried rice, pasta, potatoes, omelets, and more.
