All bacon in this product is made with either pasture-raised free-range pork or pasture-raised grass-fed beef from farms rich in nature and without the use of growth-promoting hormones or antibiotics. This is additive-free, uncured bacon made through an all-natural 10-day process. No color-forming agents such as nitrates, sodium nitrite, or curing salts are used, and it also contains no celery, sugar, preservatives, coloring agents, artificial ingredients, or other nasties. Gluten-free, lactose-free, and carefully crafted at every step, this is delicious bacon that the whole family can enjoy with peace of mind.
Although this is a B-grade product, there is no difference in taste or quality. Simply cook it as is and enjoy. If the irregular shapes are a concern, we recommend cutting the bacon into smaller pieces and using it as an ingredient in your favorite dishes. It works well in soups, stir-fries, fried rice, pilaf, garlic rice, omelet rice, pasta, omelets, pot-au-feu, ohitashi, and more. Simply adding all-natural bacon to your everyday cooking adds natural umami and depth of flavor.
