These are cubes from the striploin or the ribeye. Whenever we process the whole striploin or ribeye into steaks we have sizes that fall under our specifications, these get cut into dices/cubes and end up as 250g packs. Logically we only have a few of these. Because these are cuts from a primal used for steaks and not trimmings you can expect them to be incredibly tender - just like the steaks. These are way too good to use for stews. We love using them for skewers aka. veggie kebobs or that Sunday steak bowl. All you need is vegetables, olive oil, sea salt, and fresh black pepper.
