Ethically raised and locally sourced pure Japanese Wagyu beef organ meat from Hokkaido in a 200g (7oz) pack. Also known as hormone or "horumon" in Japanese, this organ meat includes various cuts from the large intestine, small intestine, and stomach. The healthy cows are raised with freedom to roam around wide open pastures in summer and large open barns in winter. Absolutely no growth hormones, antibiotics, GMOs, or chemicals. Just good, clean meat for all to enjoy.
This product offers the rich flavor of beef offal, with fat that melts in your mouth and a savory taste that deepens with every bite. The beef, raised in carefully managed environments, is free from unpleasant odors or aftertastes, making it ideal even for those new to trying beef organ meat.
