The healthy cows are raised with freedom to roam around wide open pastures in summer and large open barns in winter. Absolutely no growth hormones, antibiotics, GMOs, or chemicals. Just good, clean meat for all to enjoy.
Beef tongue or "gyutan" is widely loved in Japan for its deep, beefy flavor and distinct velvety tenderness when cooked properly. The special methods used for rearing and feeding give this meat a mildness that is easy to enjoy even when trying tongue meat for the first time. Classic seasonings for beef tongue include lemon juice, green onions, and of course salt and pepper. Beloved by all ages, this versatile cut is perfect for everyday meals as well as yakiniku BBQ parties.
We also offer wagyu beef organ meat "hormone" from the same farm.
