Introducing premium all-natural nori seaweed and bonito flake rice seasoning (also known as furikake) from Japan. Each bag contains 18g. The main ingredient is a variety of nori seaweed called "Suji Aonori," which has the highest level of aroma among dried nori seaweeds. Mineral-rich seawater is drawn up from underground and carefully filtered before use in cultivation. The seaweed is then dried while super fresh so that it retains the delicate and refreshing aroma of seaweed while suppressing any unwanted flavors. Combined with hand processed premium bonito flakes. Absolutely no chemical substances are used in any process of cultivation and production. Additionally, no additives such as preservatives or antioxidants are used.
Incredibly simple and clean ingredients which allow you to taste the natural flavors and deep aroma. You can sprinkle it not only on white rice but it also goes great other dishes. Incredible when sprinkled on your favorite vegetables such as sliced onions or natto. The flavor of seaweed is sensitive to high temperatures, so it is best to add after cooking.
