These Certified JAS organic sea grapes are shrunken in saltwater and packed in 20g portions, totaling 200g (7oz) in 10 bags. Cultivated in the pristine waters of Vietnam using all-natural methods, they absorb minerals and nutrients from both seawater and soil, taking advantage of the ebb and flow of the tide. Grown with great care over time, these seaweed grapes are free from pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
Characterized by their larger size compared to regular varieties, these seaweed grapes offer a pop and a rush of flavor when bitten into. Ideal for classic seaweed salads, seafood bowls, or as a delightful side dish. Typically, seaweed grapes need to be refrigerated and have a short shelf life due to their tendency to wilt. However, this product, crafted using a method involving highly concentrated saltwater, allows for long-term refrigeration without compromising quality. In their dehydrated state, they are compact and easy to store in the fridge. Simply soak them in water for about 3 minutes, and they will expand to five times their original size, delivering a burst of freshness reminiscent of just-harvested seaweed grapes from the ocean. Enjoy the taste of freshly harvested seaweed grapes anytime at your table.

| Serving Method | Place the contents of 1 individual bag into a large bowl and add 1L (4.25c) of drinking water to remove the salt. Soak for about 2.5 to 3 minutes and the sea grapes will grow 5x in size with a plump texture. Drain water and enjoy as desired. (Please enjoy soon after preparation. Sea grapes will gradually shrink. It's recommended to use dippable sauces rather than directly applying sauce on top of sea grapes.) |
