American Style Bacon Recipe Instructions
Remove the desired amount from the package while frozen and cook right away in a low to a medium pre-heated fry pan. Do not any oil or butter as the fat rendering from the bacon bits will be more than enough. There is no need to defrost the bacon ahead of time.
Heat up a frying pan and toss in the bacon. No butter or oil necessary.
This bacon is from the pork belly, which contains fat that will render nicely causing the bacon to shrink and crisp up nicely.
In this example, we are cooking up a classic bacon and eggs dish. First, we fry the bacon, and once cooked through we pour in beaten eggs. Add just a touch of milk to the eggs to make them extra fluffy.
No need to season the eggs, as the fat from the bacon combines well and adds that savory flavor.
