All-Natural Additive-Free Premium Dried "Nori" Seaweed from Japan (7g x 2)

Introducing premium all-natural dried nori seaweed from Japan. Each bag contains 7g. This is a variety of nori seaweed called "Suji Aonori," which has the highest level of aroma among dried nori seaweeds. Mineral-rich seawater is drawn up from underground and carefully filtered before use in cultivation. The seaweed is then dried while super fresh so that it retains the delicate and refreshing aroma of seaweed while suppressing any unwanted flavors. Absolutely no chemical substances are used in any process of cultivation and production. Additionally, no additives such as preservatives or antioxidants are used. Probably the cleanest aonori seaweed on the market.

Nori seaweed is not only suitable for Japanese cuisine and sauce-based dishes but also pairs well with dairy products like cheese and butter. Give it a try in your cream pasta or gratin. Since the aroma of sliced aonori is sensitive to high temperatures, it is recommended to add it as a finishing touch after cooking. Simply sprinkle it over various dishes to enjoy the pleasant aroma of nori seaweed. It goes great on top of our Certified Organic French Fries.

In addition to this nori seaweed, we also offer a brown hijiki seaweed or a furikake version (rice seasoning) made using this nori seaweed.
