I like all the products that I buy here. Today I will write a separate review about mozzarella cheese in pearls. The texture of the cheese is so delicious that I eat these cheese pearls even frozen. The cheese is suitable for any meal, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It melts well in the oven when I bake it on mini toasts. Thank you very much for the excellent quality. I strongly recommend trying this cheese to anyone who has not done so yet.

I was a little worried about the size - 300g - as I planned to roast this as recommended. I asked Horizon Frams for some tips on timing, temperature, etc. on the day, and was really pleased to receive a reply before I started cooking. I followed their instructions with some small changes, but basically season, brown the cut all over, in the oven at 180 degrees for 12 mins, rest for 10~... It was absolutely delicious. Tender, juicy, easy to cut, and tasted fantastic. Served with mashed cauliflower and potatoes, assorted vegetables, red wine sauce and horseradish.
