I looove having clean bacon with scrambled eggs first thing in the morning. I'm on a very clean carnivore diet and this is one of the very few typed of pork I allow myself to eat. It's so flavorful!
It’s nice to have a leaner option. I’m on a carnivore diet and I don’t do crazy high fat. I can use this when I want different types or fat on the side, make myself a carnivore burger, etc.
I love the taste, and the texture is great if left defrost in the fridge, then taken out well in advance before cooking, so it’s at room temperature and it’s not watery. Then, I barely cook it until almost all pink is gone (not 100%), but that’s my preference. That makes it SO tender and not dry and sad.

One of my best friends on my carnivore diet. It’s so easy to cook this great quality meat, 5 minutes and I have the most satisfying meal. I don’t need any seasoning besides salt, as I enjoy the depth of flavor of the meat. I love to use duck fat, ghee or tallow to cook it.

One of my absolute favourite items here. SO tender, ready in 3 min on my cast iron pan, and so tasty. I really wish they increased the amount and variety of wild meat, including bison!! I’ll keep getting this one for sure.
