I keep a supply of these in my freezer at all times and I use them often. They’re great for so many dishes, including Japanese dishes. I often will substitute these in recipes where naga-negi slices are called for (instead of leaving that ingredient out), because for me their more delicate texture and flavor, along with the freshness of their color, are always preferable in comparison.

Love these. They taste amazing with everything and are quick and easy to make.
