I re-order this product often. I have used it to make mabodofu, steamed eggs, meatballs, and just on its own with a little salt and garlic. It is really good, with a rich taste and a great way to ensure I am consuming organ meat that I find difficult to handle on its own. It does not have a strong taste at all, just a little richness.
