I slow cooked the brisket I bought from you and it was delicious. It's so hard to find good briskets in Japan and I'm glad I stumbled upon your shop a few weeks ago. Will definitely order again. Slow cooked it for 13 hours on a Weber Smokey Mountain smoker with hickory chips. Here's a picture of the smoke.
