Translated from Japanese: These are chicken frames that have been processed very beautifully.
The quality is safe and there is no odor even if you simmer it according to the reviews of other people.
I will order it again!
Translated from Japanese: I’ve reordered this many times
Recently, I’ve been boiling the two chicken frames, divide the finished product into bottles, freeze it, put it in the refrigerator the day before and drink it in the morning or use it for cooking that day.
Translated from Japanese: A delicious bone broth soup was made with beautiful bones. Both my mother and I have improved our gut health.
Translated from Japanese: I made bone broth soup for the first time, but it was delicious with almost no red color!
Translated from Japanese: I received very cleanly processed chicken that has no odor. I made bone broth using these.
I enjoyed the soup simply seasoned with salt and pepper. For the new year, I had it with soba, ozoni, ramen, and curry. Thank you for the good products!!
Translated from Japanese: Although I have bought several types of chicken here already, it’s my first time trying this whole chicken.
To prepare it carefully, I washed it, but even so, there was no fat or blood on the chicken.
It was the same with the other chicken products I already tried, but there was also not the characteristic (strong) smell of chicken.
Because it’s hard to know the chicken’s life from the packs that you can find in the supermarket, I could finally feel with this product that the chicken’s life was spent preciously. I’m thankful I’m able to enjoy this chicken meat and won’t waste a bite, as one shouldn’t forget this animal once had a precious life, too.
Although I boiled it for 1½ hours, the meat didn’t get dry, the fat sticking to the meat had no unpleasant smell and I got a soup with a golden color.
I order all the meat I need from this store, I’ve come to not like any other ones.
Although I eat a lot less meat now, I have not become a vegetarian or vegan yet, so I think I want to not forget to at least be thankful for the meal this chicken gave me.
I’m sorry for this long comment.
I will order again.
Translated from Japanese: Preciously raised chickens packaged carefully (for delivery) arrived in the best condition possible.
I grilled it with natural salt and thyme from my garden. It was really delicious, a complete success. Even cooled down packed inside a bento, there is no unpleasant smell.
Translated from Japanese: With this product, I made roast chicken for the first time.
I marinated it for 1 hour with salt and pepper and rosemary. After filling the chicken with garlic, I baked it thoroughly in the oven.
My daughter was so happy! “This is incredibly delicious!!!” She said.
I know that if you defrost this store’s chicken, you have to process it cleanly.
Inside a vacuum pack, the quality also remains the same.
It was really delicious meat.
More than the smell, the taste was rich in flavor.
It was amazing!!!
My daughter has a pesticide and antibiotics allergy.
For that reason, we bought the most expensive organic chicken meat we could find in a supermarket to cook with it.
But the quality of the oil of the top-grade supermarket chicken and this store’s chicken is different!
Even if you eat a lot, your stomach doesn’t feel heavy.
Surprisingly, it was even a pleasure to clean the plates and the oven.
I want to film myself cleaning and show everyone.
Translated from Japanese: I ordered it to make Samgyetang and because it’s a whole chicken, I put ginseng inside it.
I made a full soup like that, ate the meat at home and took the soup to work with me so I could drink it there. The body heats up from it.
Because I’m used to it, I break the chicken into adequate pieces for myself, use the frames for soup, freeze whatever is left and cook what I need.
Eating just one wing is economical.
Translated from Japanese: I used it for stewed dishes.
It was very delicious.
Translated from Japanese: Great lamb shank!
When you open the pack, the meat is clean and has no odor. Just boil it with flavored vegetables such as tomatoes and onion bay leaves for two and a half hours ... A faint lamb scent, plenty of flavor, and meat is fluffy ... It has become a luxurious pot-au-feu.
Translated from Japanese: I didn't know that New Zealand pesticide-free grass fed, antibiotics, and hormone-free lamb meat would be available at such a reasonable price.
It was packed properly in a well-frozen state and arrived the day after the order was placed.
When simmered in an ordinary pot with only vegetables and natural salt for 2 hours, the meat became surprisingly tender, and the bone marrow melted in the soup, giving it a strong flavor. Surprisingly, it has no odor.
When I lived in New Zealand, I saw many grazing sheep. It was impressive that I walked around the lush meadows freely and was grazing.
Translated from Japanese: The most delicious stewed meat. It's lamb and the meat itself has a light taste, but it's the best if you season it well. This time, I made pot-au-feu, put in salt and granule kelp soup stock, a tea bag of bouquet garni, a small amount of light soy sauce, and a small amount of pure rice liquor, and boiled green pepper. It seems that tomato sauce and white sauce can be used, too (reinforcement of the delicious "flavor" is essential). The fascia part is sticky and slippery, and the tendon part is fine and chewy and delicious. It's finer than the shin meat of adult beef, and it's only cheek meat that is comparable to this. Delicious.
The recommended stew time is about 1.5-2.5 hours.
Translated from Japanese: The meat part was delicious. I put all 3 packs together and made a marrow soup. I boiled it for about 5 minutes. I think this is a product that is delicious and has excellent cost performance.
Translated from Japanese: I got this safe and organic product to make delicious bone broth for babies in the late stages of baby food!
I made a very delicious soup and my baby ate it well.
Translated from Japanese: It was easy to cook even for the first time, and I made a very rich and delicious soup. I boiled it for half a day, so it was easy to remove the meat from the bones and easy to eat. I want to buy it again.
Translated from Japanese: I think that there’s no better product for tail soup and bone broth. I think I will continue to buy it here.
Translated from Japanese: I bought it because I wanted to make tail stew. It's a pity that the edible part is less than half considering the number of grams because the bone occupies a considerable part.
The price is high for the quantity.
Translated from Japanese: I made tail soup. It was light, rich and delicious. My children also liked it and drank it. I want to order again.
Translated from Japanese: This is my third order. Most of my family eats yakiniku. I like eating it with grated ponzu sauce.
It doesn’t have a lot of fat and people who like fat may not be satisfied with it?! However, when I think about it carefully, the iron plate that I use for grilling at home has a drain, and the meat juice drips from the hole to the saucer below, so the fat drops and it turned into yakiniku with little fat.
The other day, when I tried cooking it in an iron skillet the way Horizon has recommended, it tasted sweet and juicy.
The fat-free roasted meat has a strong lean taste. I will enjoy preparing the meat in a fry-pan, too.
Translated from Japanese: I wondered if I could cook it at once when about 1.5 kg of meat arrived (two slightly thick pieces and one thin piece of meat folded). Based on the advice I saw on another butcher's site, it’s better to scrape off the fat and cut the skirt steak in parallel with the meat fiber, cut it off and soak a part for grilled meat, and make the thick part into a steak. The thin part was cut as thin as possible for Western-style sukiyaki, and the cut meat was chopped into hamburger steak. I thought it would be dry because I scraped off the fat, but when I ate it, it was delicious and I could clearly see the rich taste of the meat. It may have a slightly wilder taste than Wagyu beef. (It tastes like a hamburger). There was no odor of meat and I didn't mind it during preparation.
It's a little difficult to prepare, but I think it's a very affordable product with a good taste.
Translated from Japanese: Even if it was cooked in a simple way, it was soft and the taste was very good and juicy, and the whole family enjoyed it. This is a great deal, so I'll buy it again.
Translated from Japanese: I bought it at a great deal!
I ate grass-fed meat for the first time, but it was delicious without any odor and no grease! I want to buy it again!
Translated from Japanese: This is the right meat for all yaki niku lovers
I enjoyed this grilled meat in boiled wine! It was very delicious with plenty of delicious flavor whether it was grilled or boiled. I grilled the meat thoroughly by removing the fat and cutting it into pieces. I wasn’t sure about the 1.5 kg, but my family of four finished it in no time.
Translated from Japanese: This is a reorder. I want to make stew, but they don't sell a whole piece of lamb anywhere near me.
It’s delicious even if it’s cut thinly and suits Genghis Khan.
Translated from Japanese: Although it’s frozen, if you take the time to thaw it, the meat will be very moist without any unpleasant smell. I boiled it in thyme, chickpea, turmeric, and paprika. Nothing beats this.
Translated from Japanese: You can enjoy that there is no difference between the picture and the actual amount of meat in person. There’s nothing to complain about if you get this amount for a discounted price! The shop’s correspondence is also good.
Translated from Japanese: It had a gentle taste that made it so delicious. It’s my favorite kind of taste. I may have my reasons why I came to like it, but I wasn’t worried about the smell lamb meat is known for.
Because it was a big block once again, there’s really only a little dripping when defrosting. Those who are good at cooking can challenge themselves to many different dishes. Today (5/18), I ordered again.
Translated from Japanese: Ordering again because I want to make bone broth. It's really delicious and my baby drinks it with pleasure!
Translated from Japanese: I made bone broth with them.
I could confirm that the bones have a lot of collagen. My skin is bouncy 😆
I was wondering about the taste of the bone broth….but it was sweet 😳
It confirms the high quality of the product if the fat on the meat seems to be rather sweet.
I will definitely order again 😊
Translated from Japanese: I’m thankful I could order something from a healthy environment and full transparency without having to worry. I made a bone broth by boiling the oxtails for 12 hours. I knew the accumulated collagen in the soup, if it stays in the fridge for some time, will be plenty. The taste is also exceptional. I will order again.
Translated from Japanese: After cooking the oxtail soup, I used my front teeth and a knife to separate the meat and tendons from the bones and when chewing with my back teeth it felt like I cooked something like an expert. Especially the meaty tail part made me feel like I was on cloud nine. Thank you very much.
Translated from Japanese: Because I bought a little much, I’ve been making oxtail soup for 5 consecutive days.
My skin got shiny. The power of collagen is amazing.
Translated from Japanese: I have ordered several times
Lamb meat is good for the body, so my Bulldog is also enjoying this luxurious meat
His fur has gotten soft.
If you overcook it, it will harden, so easily turn it around on the heat
To eat in medium rare, turn off the heat of the frying pan.
After 1 minute, turn it over and if the blood oozes, you have to eat it.
I don't think you can eat it deliciously.
Translated from Japanese: I was looking forward to seeing lamb liver as it is not on the market.
I like lamb meat, so if you don't like it, you probably don't like that unique smell and flavor.
I was surprised because there is no unpleasant smell in this part
I like the distinctive flavor
The notable point is that the heat passes quickly.
It's not delicious unless you eat it medium rare, so cooking it with oil in a frying pan.
Cook it at high heat and turn it around often,
Even 30 seconds is enough on one side.
And when cooked at high heat again, blood oozes out.
Cooking time: Grill it quickly, otherwise it will look mushy.
Translated from Japanese: Thank you for the very rare high quality liver. It's really great because it's not sold anywhere else.
Translated from Japanese: I bought these bones for the first time to make bone broth!
I’m looking forward to what kind of bone broth it will be.
Translated from Japanese: I bought grass-fed beef bones for the first time. I bought 4 bags at once. I made the first bone broth soup with the first bag. I drank it little by little instead of having breakfast and it was delicious. I did bone broth soup fasting using the following two bags. My lower belly disappeared.
Translated from Japanese: I’m very happy to be able to make delicious bone broth with quick shipping!
Translated from Japanese: I made a very rich and delicious soup!
I like to make bone broth with the tail!
Translated from Japanese: It’s my first time buying grass-fed beef bones to make bone broth soup. Until now, I used to order beef bones from domestic beef at Seijo Ishii's butcher shop, but I was a little worried because it was not grass-fed beef. This time, I bought 4 kg of beef bones at this shop. The small, easy-to-use bones were vacuum-packed 1 kg each, and it was easy to store in the refrigerator. I also got a little bone marrow from them, which was very beautiful and delicious. They were completely different from the beef bones I usually buy. The price is high, but I will buy them again!
Translated from Japanese: I had it as roast pork. It was soft and juicy and was very popular with everyone.
I’m thinking of ordering again.
Translated from Japanese: I made pulled pork with a slow cooker. The fat was also moderately sweet and very delicious.
I will order again.
Translated from Japanese: When I made sweet and sour pork with less fat, it was delicious with plenty of flavor. The fat on the other side was salted.
I will order again.
Translated from Japanese: It was delicious. I would like to buy it again.
Translated from Japanese: I’m ordering this again.
As a supplement for protein and B1 in the morning, I simply bake it and sprinkle rock salt on top.
I like the light taste without an unpleasant smell.
It is very convenient that I can order it and have it delivered the next day.
I’m look forward to ordering from you again in the future.
Translated from Japanese: We enjoyed a delicious steak dinner in time for Christmas. The meat quality was soft and the fat balance was good.
Translated from Japanese: I'd be happy if the price was a little more reasonable, but it can't be helped if it's a good product!
Translated from Japanese: The meat was very soft and juicy, and it was delicious without any unpleasant smell.
My family who ate lamb for the first time also said it’s tastier than beef! I was impressed. We will order again.
Translated from Japanese: Previously, lamb meat in Hokkaido was very smelly, so I disliked lamb meat from that point on.
But lately, my wife has been cooking this shop’s meat at home and at first, I refused to eat it. But then I thought, what? This is really lamb? There was no smell, the meat was soft and somehow I ate up everything. I will order again, as it was very very delicious.
I had this lamb chops with my boyfriend. At first he was very sceptical because he had lamb once in Hokkaido and it was gross. But after convincing him that high quality lamb isn't tangy, he gave it a try and was stunned. This lamb is really delicious and tender. We both love it
Translated from Japanese: A pressure cooker was used on the product page, but I used a slow cooker.
I simply cut between the bones and threw them into my slow cooker with the appropriately chopped vegetables.
I only used salt and pepper as seasoning.
I turned on the switch in the morning, and 8 hours after leaving it to cook, the super delicious soup is ready.
The meat is fluffy and the soup is rich.
I baked a baguette in the oven, soaked it in the soup and ate it like that.
It is a dish that goes well with both wine and beer.
Thank you for the meal.
Translated from Japanese: Just like it was explained in the cooking instructions on the website, I boiled it in a pressure cooker for 2 hours. When I first read the instructions and saw the mention of 2 hours, I thought it would be exhausting, but it was thankfully relaxing! I cut the ingredients and put them into a pot until they were boiling and put everything inside the pressure cooker afterwards. Personally, it’s important that a dish doesn’t take too long to prepare for a weekend’s lunch. In the meantime, I got a lot of things done! When it was done, it was so soft the meat basically fell off the bone. The soup that I created with carrots as well was delicious, too. I ate it with mashed potatoes, but I think I would’ve liked it more with bread inside the soup. It seems I will be able to have a delicious lunch tomorrow with the leftovers. I used the coupon I received for writing a comment last time. I think I will order meat, used for Thanksgiving or Christmas, again.
Translated from Japanese: I’m buying it for fun once a month. Half-thawed, I cut and line it up in bread, cover and heat it.
You can enjoy the taste of meat by simply turning it over and sprinkling your favorite spices on the cooked surface.
I eat it with warm vegetables for the coming season.
Translated from Japanese: Pasture-fed cows were mentioned on TV as being lighter than grain-fed cows, so I bought it in anticipation of its taste. Not to mention the lean part, what surprised me was the light taste of the fat.
I bought a kilo, but it's a pity that it's gone soon ❗️ I've lost it before I'm full, so I'm still unskilled and would like to buy it again. It's good to eat in large numbers at BBQ, but since I bought a block of 1 kg, I can't buy it for everyday use because it's a waste if I thaw it and cut it into pieces.
I'm looking for a subdivision of the same part for everyday use.
I ate delicious meat for the first time in a long time.
Translated from Japanese: The grass-fed beef I bought at the supermarket was hard and I never felt it was delicious, but the one I bought here was very soft and delicious, so I will buy it here every time.
Translated from Japanese: The rump roast was sold out, so I’m giving this one a try.
I am very satisfied with the volume of 1.4kg, which is more than enough!
Really enjoyed the BBQ preparation of this cut. We cut it in half as suggested and just used some S&P to season. Then for a brief moment on high temperature and then packed in alufoil placed on the lower end of the gril to heat up slowly). When the temperature was hit let is sit for a while and cut in slices to hand-out. The plate was empty before we knew it. Great taste and easy to prepare.
Translated from Japanese: I tried it today and it's soft and delicious.
There was some odor, but it was not at a level that it bothered me.
There is no problem if you are not a sensitive person.
I'm glad it didn't have any fat.
Translated from Japanese: At this price, this volume is delicious. The whole family enjoyed it as steak.
I will order again. Thank you.
Translated from Japanese: I bought it because the review was good, but there was a solid line in the middle.
And it smells from the time it's baked in the oven. Even if you eat it, it has a peculiar smell of foreign beef.
It wasn't that hard, but it's difficult to say that it's soft. I didn't think it was delicious.
Translated from JapaneseThe good scent of pasture-raised cows ~ ☆
The fat is especially sweet, not chewy at all and really delicious!
Translated from Japanese: Very delicious meat that is soft and sweet ♡ I will order again ♡
Translated from Japanese: When I boiled it for kakuni, it was very delicious.
There was a lot of fat, but I felt that the melting sweetness was different from the meat of other makers.
I want to make bacon next time.
Translated from Japanese: When I posted a complaint because the item I received was not satisfying with nearly 90% of fat, I received a polite message and they arranged a substitute.
Based on this dissatisfaction and request, the one that was delivered again is flavorful and the quality was perfect, so I changed the number of stars from 1 to 5.
I chopped the fat mass and froze it in small portions and used it as a secret ingredient in a soup with vegetables.
I was able to feel the high quality of grazing pork with the refined richness.
It’s a delicious product.
Translated from Japanese: I bought it because I wanted to make Char siu (Indonesian dish). There are dozens of layers of meat and it looks like millefeuille.
The finished Char siu had very sweet fat and was delicious. There is no smell of meat itself, so it seems to go well with any dish ♪
I think that the price was a little high, so I will give it 4 stars!
Translated from Japanese: It's big, so I thought I'd make salted pork instead of bacon and boil half of it, but since it's too fat, I stopped boiling it and salt it all.
If you use it as bacon, you can fry it without oil even if it has a lot of fat.
The meat itself was delicious!
I’m happy I can buy organic meat at this price.
Translated from Japanese: In my case, I bought grazing meat from the viewpoint of animal welfare, and the taste was quite delicious. We’re a family of two, so it takes a little time to thaw and cut, but for 1 kg, this price is reasonable. I sliced it into thin slices and put it in a pan, but I also used a food processor to make minced meat out of it.
Translated from Japanese: It’s delicious safe and organic lamb meat. It was easy to cook and I didn’t have to worry about the smell.
Translated from Japanese: Just like the product description said, it’s really delicious. I would prefer it if you sold only half of the size, as it’s really big.
Translated from Japanese: I cooked it in a round oven. There was no unpleasant smell, it was soft and really delicious!! I’m waiting for my next order~
Translated from Japanese: You can see why lamb meat is so oily. You need to boil it at very high temperature, so it is difficult for some people to handle it.
After all, the fat in his lamb heart is amazing
I'm was surprised about it. It's good to use the meat as it is in a frying pan with oil.
I think it's definitely good for your body
Translated from Japanese: I prepared it carefully, so it was easy to eat and without any odor.
When I thawed it in the air-conditioned car, the water leaked from the bag and the inside of the refrigerator was bright red, so it was difficult to clean it.
Water will inevitably come out when thawing, so I would like you to put it in a stronger and thicker bag.
Translated from Japanese: I think it's good because the heart is a good part for the body
It was my first time to have lamb hearts, but it’s very delicious because lamb hearts have a lot of fat on them.
I cut it and use it as it is with oil
I will place another order as soon as it runs out. I think it’s an excellent ingredient for those who are worried about the blood vessels and heart system.
It's characterized by a crunchy texture, so you won't be able to find that much softness.
It's not hard either.
Translated from Japanese: Thank you for the high quality and very rare meat. There was more inside the pack than I expected.
Translated from Japanese: Soft and delicious. I cut it into two halves and cooked it like a steak with salt and pepper and garlic, then I added onions as well. Even if you cook it in thick slices, it doesn’t become dry, so it’s easy to cook. More than rare, I found it softer at medium rare.
Don’t eat pork very often but couldn’t resist buying because it just looked so delicious and reminded me of special dinners with my family. Ordered instead of turkey or lamb for Christmas dinner and couldn’t have been happier. My slow cooked pot roast was moist, delicious and flavourful. Both skin and meat had a nice, mild, clean taste which I think comes from the way the pig was raised. Will definitely buy again even though it’s a lot for one person. Saved bones for broth.
Translated from Japanese: When I wanted to make a Danish-style roasted pork Flæskesteg, I found this meat with skin and bought it.
When roasted in the oven, according to the cooking method here, the skin turned crispy, the fat was delicious, and the meat part was delicious lean meat, which was very satisfying.
Pork with skin is hard to come by, so I would like to buy it again.
Translated from Japanese: There is no doubt that this meat is delicious.
I misunderstood and thought this is ribs with skin.
I boiled it and it turned out hard so I couldn't chew it
It’s probably delicious when you cook it in the oven.
Translated from Japanese: Without using an oven, I cooked it in a layered pot.
My ingredients were simply salt, pepper and garlic.
I used a big amount of salt, but the outcome was just right and to my satisfaction!
I cut a little more than half of the fat off and stir-fried it with konjac and vegetables for a different dish. That one turned out delicious, too. Even though it was fat, it didn’t cause heartburn.
For those who can’t stop eating, it’s better to cut off only a smart amount of the meat and preserve the rest in the freezer. It’s convenient for days with little time or when you don’t want to cook.
Translated from Japanese: Juicy and delicious Angus ribeye roast. I bought it once and I liked the quality and cost performance, so I bought it again. 800g is equivalent to 5 steak cuts and can be enjoyed with just salt, pepper and garlic.
Translated from Japanese: After thawing, I cooked it in an induction frying pan with salt, pepper and garlic. It doesn’t harden even when cooked at medium heat and remains juicy. 800g is big enough and you can get 5 steak cuts. Considering the price and volume, it’s a considerable cost performance. There was a white part in the meat, so I thought it was a streak, but it was good quality and sweet-tasting fat.
Translated from Japanese: At this price, this volume is delicious. The whole family enjoyed it as steak.
I will order again. Thank you.
Translated from Japanese: For if you want to eat so-called beef steak.
The taste of lean meat is spot on! A thick steak with almost no fat and soft lean meat! It's the best!
Translated from Japanese: Thank you for responding to my urgent request (packaging and year-end gift decoration)!
The tender meat made me happy with the year-end gift.
Translated from Japanese: I was worried it would smell because it's grass-fed, but when I tried it, it was soft and delicious without the smell peculiar to beef.
Translated from Japanese: It's not suitable to eat as steak because there are many streaks, so I stewed itt.
Is the taste normal?
Translated from Japanese: Although it says on the website it’s 1kg, when I weighed it, it was 1.9kg. Amazing.
Translated from Japanese: It's organic and delicious all the time! It’s pastured beef. I reordered it because I want to try following the cooking method firmly, so the meat will be soft, easy to eat and delicious.
Translated from Japanese: Thank you for your quick delivery!
I have ordered again immediately!
Translated from Japanese: I bought it for the first time.
First of all, the correspondence of the shop staff is ◎. When I consulted about making roast beef, they responded very quickly.
I thought that the meat had a little more fat around it.
I scraped off the fat to make roast beef (of the rest), but if you don't hate fat, it's okay as it is.
The finished roast beef has a strong taste and is very soft and delicious.
Translated from Japanese: I made beef stew. I was worried that it would become hard, but it was very soft. My children were also pleased. I want to buy it again.
Translated from Japanese: It’s my second time ordering this product. The last time I ate it, there was little fat and it was very soft and the whole family ate it.
I would definitely like to purchase it again.
Translated from Japanese: I bought it for Christmas at home in 2020, to make Beef Wellington. Even if it was thawed from freezing, it had no odor, and it was of good quality and the most delicious meat. Even medium rare meat can be eaten with a peace of mind now. It's hard to get chunks of meat to cook in the oven in my neighborhood, so I will order again.
Translated from Japanese: I ate grass-fed beef for the first time and it was very soft and delicious even when cold!
I bought a kilo, so I made a steak for my husband and me. I baked it with a skillet, but it didn't harden at all even if it was cooked more and more due to the residual heat, and it was delicious until the end. I would like to order again.
Translated from Japanese: I’m very happy to have my parents, who want me to stay healthy, to eat the soft and delicious GFB chateaubriand. I am very grateful to you for always providing good meat.
Translated from Japanese: My mother is in her 70s, and she has partial dentures, so hard meat is a no-go.
I bought it for my mother who loves meat
I was happy that she could chew this meat
I personally like the steak sauce
When I ate it with rock salt, the meat tasted very good.
Translated from Japanese: Very delicious!
Translated from Japanese: I’m glad it was considerably big.
I wonder if it would be even more delicious if I grilled it more?
Translated from Japanese: It was really soft and delicious! I ate it with Texas spice. I could also eat it without worrying about the fat on the meat. I will order again!
Translated from Japanese: It’s the real thing.
Translated from Japanese: I think that American beef is the most delicious. Japanese oily beef tastes bad, but the taste of this one is splendid from the first bite. I grilled it carefully on low heat and ate it rare. It was a great success. I think I will order again.
Translated from Japanese: I soaked the meat in water to drain the blood and it stewed only with meat and water to serve it as soup first. The boiled juice is often drunk by pet dogs, so it’s useful during the season when they don't drink much water.
Next, I made curry using the remaining soup and meat, and the fat that was taken during the process of making the soup. Although it’s a meat part with many streaks, the streaks that melted after boiling for a long time made the usual curry even more delicious.
Translated from Japanese: I ate it in a bone broth. A healthy taste with less fat. I like the meat quality, so I would like to grill it over charcoal if possible. Now, I'm thinking about how much that would cost me.
Translated from Japanese: Authentic seolleongtang (Korean dish) uses bone-in meat from various parts, but I tried to make seolleongtang only with this beef shank.
I thought that the true taste of seolleongtang might not come out with beef shank alone, but I was wrong. A very tasty seolleongtang was made.
Translated from Japanese: I have been reordering it many times.
It's more delicious to eat at home than at a restaurant, so I haven’t been going out much anymore.
The fat is also delicious. In case there is a lot of it, I cut and freeze only the fat.
I will order again.
Translated from Japanese: First of all, it's delicious.
Even if you cook it at a normal cooking level, it surpasses the meat you eat at the store by a lot.
Then, it’s healthy.
So far, I have never seen a product that is friendly to both people and the environment, sticking to each viewpoint.
As a result, you can eat it comfortably and the taste is doubled.
And, it’s economical.
To be honest, I'm surprised that it can be sold at this price.
In the future, I will be happy if I can constantly buy these products.
It filled my heart, body and mind, and easily gave me the high valuable experience of eating something delicious.
Thank you very much.
Hopefully, I'll continuously be able to order under these conditions.
Translated from Japanese: It’s lean meat with a moderate amount of fat and a strong taste. There was no unpleasant smell and it was very delicious. Depending on how it’s cooked, it may become hard. Depending on the recipe, if you check it carefully and put it on the fire, it will be the most delicious.
I will purchase it again!
Translated from Japanese: I made roast beef out of 3.5kg rump roast. I cooked it at a temperature of 58 ° C in a low-temperature oven and let it rest for about 30 minutes. It has a beautiful pink color, is very soft, has a nice scent, and is very satisfying. In a way, it tasted like real meat. Thank you very much. Next time, I'm going to make steak.
Translated from Japanese: I bought it because I wanted to make roast beef for Christmas. It’s difficult to cook as it is, so I cut it. 400-500gx6 and I separated the rest for the muscles. I made roast beef for the first time, but it was very juicy and delicious, and it was soft enough to be chewed and swallowed by a 4-year-old child. I tried to freeze it for another special time, but it was so delicious that I finished eating it for 6 days in a row. The rest is muscle. I'm looking forward to making a luxurious curry or beef stew!
Translated from Japanese: Since the amount was large, I ate steak the first time and stewed it with red wine the second time. It was soft, had no odor, and was very tasty. Seasoning with salt and pepper is sufficient. The lamb meat here was very easy to handle and I felt like it was as delicious as or even better than the ones you get at restaurants, so I felt that the quality of the ingredients was the most important thing.
Translated from Japanese: I used to buy lamb shoulder (non-filet), but I used this one the past 2 or 3 times. The product I had purchased before was delicious, but it was 1.5 kg, which was a little big for a small family to thaw and eat at once. And because I am practicing a ketogenic diet and have a target protein amount for the day, it was troublesome to calculate how many grams to eat if there was a lot of fat (laughs). So I'm using this product now. It tastes good and has less fat, so I like it very much.
Translated from Japanese: I bought it for the first time. It was very soft and had relatively little fat, and I just added coconut oil and rosemary and cooked it like that, but it was very delicious. I would like to purchase it regularly from now on.
Translated from Japanese: I bought it to roast it and baked it over low heat for about 20 minutes, but it was too hard to eat.
After chopping it and simmering it in a pressure cooker for about 60 minutes, it became soft, so I let the dog eat it.
I made a lot of effort to buy it, but I should have bought the shank meat.
Translated from Japanese: It was soft, juicy and really delicious. It didn’t seem to smell at all. My family, who has never had lamb before, really liked it, too.
Translated from Japanese: I made roast beef with a low temperature cooker. It had a nice scent of meat and was very tender, so it was very delicious.
I would like to purchase it again.
Translated from Japanese: It seems to be delicious
I was very pleased
I would also like to order again
Translated from Japanese: The fillet was very tender and delicious. I want to order again.
Translated from Japanese: It's delicious. Chateaubriand is very soft.
Even my mother with bad teeth can chew it.
I cooked it while checking how to do so.
I will order again for sure.
Translated from Japanese: It has a solid meat taste, but it has no animal odor and is not persistent.
I ate all of it up.
It's great to have something organic and delicious.
Translated from Japanese: Until now, the Australian beef I bought at the supermarket was hard and hard to eat, but this one was very soft and delicious.
I would like to continue to purchase here.
Translated from Japanese: I thought it would be hard meat, but it was much softer than I imagined. It’s been a long time since I ate a lot of meat.
I think I will order again.
Translated from Japanese: Delicious. It was a juicy sirloin. The meat looked delicious and there was only little fat, so I was able to eat everything until the last bite.
I cut it into half and grilled it in thick slices. Compared to grass-fed meat, there was no unpleasant smell. I think the price is suitable for meat of this quality. I think I will order again. Delivery was quick and excellent.
Translated from Japanese: I don’t know if the recipe is badly written, but I might not order again.
Translated from Japanese: From the moment it arrived until I finished eating, I was in awe. I ate thick slices luxuriously. Because it’s lean meat it doesn’t feel heavy in your stomach and I could eat it without feeling tired. I want to order again, but it took quite some time to arrive last time.
Translated from Japanese: In supermarkets, they sell only American beef tongue, and we are happy to know that grass-fed beef tongue, which does not use hormones, antibiotics, or genetically modified feed, which is really rare, and can be bought online.
Translated from Japanese: I was able to safely thaw it in a household (500ℓ) refrigerator, divided it into small pieces, and transfered it to the freezer.
I wrapped two trash bags in layers, put them in the refrigerator, and left the meat there for 3 days. The thin part was completely thawed and the thick part was half-thawed, but the knife passed. Very delicious with almost no dripping!
I enjoy it with roast beef and yakiniku. I will be ordering here again. Thank you very much.
I slow cooked the brisket I bought from you and it was delicious. It's so hard to find good briskets in Japan and I'm glad I stumbled upon your shop a few weeks ago. Will definitely order again. Slow cooked it for 13 hours on a Weber Smokey Mountain smoker with hickory chips. Here's a picture of the smoke.
Translated from Japanese: It was my first time eating European beef and it had no odor and was delicious. I would like to order again.
Translated from Japanese: I made roast beef by referring to the video and explanation. An overly exquisite roast beef was completed and was very popular with the family. I would like to order again.
Translated from Japanese: It's delicious and it's my second time ordering.
Since there are many members in my family and it’s delicious, even this amount will disappear in a blink of an eye.
The surface is cooked and it’s almost fully rare.
You can no longer buy delicious, nutritious, and valuable meat in supermarkets!!!
Translated from Japanese: I used to buy large amounts of frozen meat, but this time it's the first time I've refrigerated it. It was easy to cook because it saved me the trouble of thawing.
Of course, the frozen food is delicious, but I felt that this was fresher. I would like to order again.
Translated from Japanese: I’m taking off my hat in admiration for New Zealand.
When it arrived, I cut it to about 300g and seasoned it, and tasted it a little.
It took about 20 seconds to cook ... It was fluffy and soft.
The image of hard meat ... has been dispelled this time.
It's refreshing and has just the right flavor for me
It’s delicious and doesn’t get hard afterwards.
Wagyu is quite heavy this year ... I can't eat even 100g.
What was the Aussie & New Zealand meat I had bought at the supermarket????
Translated from Japanese: Overall, I’m glad it was frozen.
Translated from Japanese: Usually, I buy beef from Japan, but I was surprised when I cut this beef tongue. This is high-class beef tongue. The slices looked just like on the picture. It also didn’t have a smell, which imported meat usually has, and came out perfectly.
Translated from Japanese: This beef tongue is soft and really delicious. I ate it with salt and pepper while carefully grilling it, but it tastes exceptional compared to the supermarket ones. I’m happy with the price for that quality. I will order again.
Translated from Japanese: It arrived today. Because I like beef, I knew I would make no mistake! This has nothing to do with the product, but two of the products I wanted were sold out, which has happened before already. It would be good if it doesn’t happen anymore!
Translated from Japanese: Until now, I have always eaten Yaki Niku from a place that has the kind of thickness I like, but this beef tongue was the best!
Translated from Japanese: I’ve always liked meat so I often go to Yakiniku restaurants or the butcher’s shop. Although I eat that kind of meat every day, cooking the meat of this store at home yourself, it still turned out really soft and as the meat’s original taste was preserved, it seemed like it was coming from a high-class restaurant.
It goes very well together with wine.
I ordered your Skin On Free Range Pork Shoulder for my Christmas dinner. I defrosted as per instructions and seasoned well with sea salt, pepper, dill seeds and juniper. Roasted low and slow as per instructions and then cranked up the oven to 220 for the final 25mins for delicious crackling. I cooked the meat on a bed of onions and while resting, the pan juices made a flavourful gravy. Would definitely recommend and buy again!
