Preparation Method | 1) Put the kernels (approx. 50g), olive oil and salt in a frying pan and mix with a spatula to coat the corn with oil. 2) Cover the frying pan with a lid, turn up the heat to medium-high and when the corn starts to pop, slightly lift the frying pan from the heat. Shake the frying pan continuously while keeping it heated until the popping of the corn stops. (Remove the frying pan from the stove once the popping decreases and keep shaking until all corns pop.) |
