What are the best before dates?
Each product comes with its own label and expiration date. The expiration is written in Japanese: 賞味期限 (shou-mi-ki-gen) and the format is yyyy/mm/dd.

Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

Please note that if the product is bought together with frozen items, it may arrive partially or fully frozen. Rest assured there is no quality or safety issue.

Preparation Method 1) Put the kernels (approx. 50g), olive oil and salt in a frying pan and mix with a spatula to coat the corn with oil.

2) Cover the frying pan with a lid, turn up the heat to medium-high and when the corn starts to pop, slightly lift the frying pan from the heat. Shake the frying pan continuously while keeping it heated until the popping of the corn stops. (Remove the frying pan from the stove once the popping decreases and keep shaking until all corns pop.)
